Une semaine d'exception au cœur des éléments sur la magnifique Ile d'Hoëdic en Bretagne. Une semaine pour traverser l'univers d'Anna Halprin et celui de l'Approche Anam Cara® dans un véritable petit coin de paradis !
Ce stage est ouvert à toute personne ayant envie de plonger en profondeur dans sa danse et sa créativité, avec la belle complicité de la nature !
Logement en résidentiel au Fort d'Hoedic privatisé entièrement pour notre stage .
Hoëdic, une petite goutte de terre au milieu des flots, une Ile en totale harmonie avec les éléments, douce et fragile elle s'entoure de ses plages de sable fin à l'eau turquoise.À son approche une sensation de bout du monde nous réjouit, forte et puissante avec ses rochers et ses fortifications elle arbore des parfums délicats de maquis…

Hoëdic à un corps, riche des matières préservées de sa nature unique. Elle a aussi une histoire de 8000 ans de relation aux hommes et femmes ayant osés y vivre ou y déposer leur célébrations et rituels. Nous voyagerons ensemble dans la richesse de notre vécu sensible, humains créateurs et en mouvement invitant la magie organique et indomptée que ce coin de paradis.
Nous danserons en majeure partie en extérieur et parfois dans le fort , suivant la météo et les besoins du groupe. Nous explorerons , improviserons et créerons des compositions instantannées dans tous les espaces de l'île, habités et non habités ...

This workshop is open to anyone who wants to dive deep into their dance and creativity, with the beautiful support of nature!
Accommodation at the Fort d'Hoëdic, entirely reserved for our workshop.
Hoëdic, a tiny speck of land amidst the waves, an island in total harmony with the elements—gentle and fragile, it is surrounded by fine sandy beaches and turquoise waters. As you approach, a sense of being at the edge of the world fills you with joy; strong and powerful with its rocks and fortifications, it carries the delicate scents of the maquis…
I invite you to come explore and discover your sensitive dance with the elements on “the rock,” as the people of Hoëdic like to call it...
Hoëdic has a body, rich with the preserved elements of its unique nature. It also has an 8,000-year history of connection with the men and women who dared to live there or hold their celebrations and rituals there. We will journey together through the richness of our sensory experiences, as creative humans in motion, inviting the organic and untamed magic of this corner of paradise.
We will dance mostly outdoors and sometimes in the fort, depending on the weather and the group’s needs. We will explore, improvise, and create spontaneous compositions in all areas of the island, both inhabited and uninhabited...
